Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 



You have ​30​ calendar days to return an item or request a replacement from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a full return or replacement, your item must be unused. Your item must also be in the original packaging or fall within our "seller fault" criteria:


Seller fault:
  • Wrong Size
  • Late to Arrive
  • Poor Quality (explanation needed)
  • Missing Parts or Instructions
  • Incorrect Item Received
  • Not as Described
  • Item Damaged
  • Shipping Box Damaged
  • Received Extra Item or Quantity
  • Received Less Than Ordered
  • Duplicate
  • Defective


If your stated return reason doesn't match the item deposition or item is received damaged, altered or opened, a restocking fee of up to 25% and return shipping fee may automatically be applied to your refund.
RSGTODAY is responsible for paying return shipping fees for any returns identified by the customer as seller fault.

When buyer changes their mind about a purchase and return is made within 30 days of receipt  No restocking fee.
Buyer changes their mind and returns item in the original condition outside of 30 day return window Up to 35% of item’s price.
Buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. No restocking fee. RSGTODAY pays for return shipping.
Buyer receives used or damaged item. No restocking fee. 
Buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns a book within the return window with obvious signs of use. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns a CD, DVD, VHS tape, , cassette tape, or vinyl record within the return window that has been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap). Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer changes their mind and returns open software or video games. Yes. Up to 100% of item’s price
The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered. No restocking fee.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and advise you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days. Return processing time may also be dependent on your card issuer's policies.


RSGTODAY will be responsible for providing a shipping label for returning your item. Return label/RMA will only be provided for the same address at initial shipping address. In cases where there's no "seller fault", the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
